Open Enrollment is here. If you live in the Tri-county area and are looking to purchase a plan on the Washington Health Plan finder there will be four carriers available to you. We are contracted with three of the carriers; Lifewise Health Plan of Washington, Ambetter from Coordinated Care and Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) Cascade Care.
If you find that you qualify for a Washington Apple Health Plan we are only contracted with Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) Apple Health. Please keep in mind that with this plan you will need a referral from your primary care provider for your insurance to cover your visits to our office.
