Hours Are: M-F 8-5 Saturdays by appointment only.
Most major insurances will cover the office visit. However, no insurance will cover for supplementations that may be suggested. If you have questions regarding your specific insurance plan/company you may call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance card or feel free to call us and we will be glad to assist you. If your insurance does not cover or if you have no insurance please feel free to contact us regarding private pay rates.
