Most major insurances will cover the office visit. However, no insurance will cover for supplementations that may be suggested. If you have questions regarding your specific insurance plan please contact us and will will gladly verify your insurance coverage. In the event that your insurance will not cover, or if you will be a privately paying patient please contact us for the private pay rates.
